Vishwaguruji at mahamandaleshwar diksha in Sojat city

A mahamandaleshwar diksha (initiation ceremony) is always a special spiritual occasion, where a large number of mahamandaleshwars gather to give their blessings and recognition to the swami receiving the initiation of one of the highest titles in the Sanatan Dharma tradition. This time the ceremony was held in Sojat, Rajasthan, a city very near to the OM Ashram, and where the new mahamandaleshwar of Maha Nirvani Akhara, Swami Chetan Giri has his ashram.

In addition to the Acharya Mahamandaleshwar of Maha Nirvani Akhara (head of the Order) and many mahamandaleshwars, mahants and sannyasis, a great number of the surrounding population gathered at the initiation. After the ceremony, many of them also visited the OM Ashram. Meetings of great yogis are not so frequent, so each one of them is special and imbued with great joy.
